Return and Refund Policy

I. Returns Policy

  • 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the date of purchase. After this 30-day window, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
  • Eligibility Requirements: To qualify for a return, the item must be:
    • Unused and in the same condition as received.
    • In its original packaging.
    • Free from visible signs of wear, damage, or use.
  • Exclusions: * Corporate or bulk orders (10+ units of the same product).
    • Free gifts or promotional giveaways.
  • Bundle & Promotion Rules: For “Buy One, Get One” (BOGO) or spend-and-save promotions, all items must be returned together. If only partial items are returned, the MSRP of the unreturned items will be deducted from the refund.

II. Refund Process

  1. Order Cancellation: You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placement. Once the order enters the shipping phase, it can no longer be canceled.

  3. Inspection & Approval:
    • We will notify you via email once your return is received.
    • We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund after inspection.
  4. Payout: Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

III. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund is delayed, please follow these steps:

  1. Verify: Double-check your bank account.
  2. Contact Issuer: Reach out to your credit card company; it may take time for the credit to be officially posted.
  3. Contact Bank: Check with your bank regarding their standard processing times.

IV. Sale Items & Exchanges

  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Final sale/discounted items cannot be refunded.
  • Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. For a direct exchange, email: danielsong0109@163.com.

V. Shipping & Logistics

Important: Contact danielsong0109@163.com before shipping your return to receive the correct warehouse address and instructions.

  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
  • Non-Refundable: Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your final refund amount.
  • Delivery Variation: The time for your exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location.
  • High-Value Returns: For items valued over $75, we strongly recommend:
    • Using a trackable shipping service.
    • Purchasing shipping insurance.
    • Note: We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
