I. Returns Policy
- 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the date of purchase. After this 30-day window, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility Requirements: To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received.
- In its original packaging.
- Free from visible signs of wear, damage, or use.

Exclusions: * Corporate or bulk orders (10+ units of the same product).
- Free gifts or promotional giveaways.
- Bundle & Promotion Rules: For “Buy One, Get One” (BOGO) or spend-and-save promotions, all items must be returned together. If only partial items are returned, the MSRP of the unreturned items will be deducted from the refund.
II. Refund Process
- Order Cancellation: You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placement. Once the order enters the shipping phase, it can no longer be canceled.

Inspection & Approval:
- We will notify you via email once your return is received.
- We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund after inspection.
- Payout: Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
III. Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund is delayed, please follow these steps:
- Verify: Double-check your bank account.
- Contact Issuer: Reach out to your credit card company; it may take time for the credit to be officially posted.
- Contact Bank: Check with your bank regarding their standard processing times.

IV. Sale Items & Exchanges
- Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Final sale/discounted items cannot be refunded.
- Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. For a direct exchange, email: danielsong0109@163.com.
V. Shipping & Logistics
Important: Contact danielsong0109@163.com before shipping your return to receive the correct warehouse address and instructions.
- Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
- Non-Refundable: Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your final refund amount.
- Delivery Variation: The time for your exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location.
