How much does the 26L hold?

What are the exact dimensions?

Will it hold its shape when only half full?

What’s the difference between the 26L and the 66L?

It is waterproof and dust-resistant, fully washable, made from natural eco-friendly fibers that are biodegradable, and completely odorless out of the box.

Are the steel frames removable?

No — the frame is sewn into the structure so the box keeps its shape even when fully loaded. The 26L organizer uses a 4mm frame; the 66L and 100L boxes use a 5mm frame.

How fast is shipping?

Orders ship from our California warehouse on the next business day and typically arrive within 5–8 business days in major US cities (longer for remote areas). We ship within the United States via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

Can I cancel or change my order?

You can cancel within 1 hour (60 minutes) of placing your order. After that, once processing or shipping has begun, you may be responsible for any return shipping fees. Delivery addresses cannot be changed once an order is in transit.

How much weight can the boxes hold?

The 66L and 100L boxes are built on a 5mm steel frame that supports up to 50 kg (110 lbs). The 26L organizer uses a lighter 4mm frame designed for everyday clothing rather than heavy loads. All boxes fold flat when empty.
