II. Shipping Destinations & Restrictions

  • Coverage: We ship to the United States only.
  • Restrictions: Shipping may be restricted for certain products due to factors such as:
    • Local/state laws or hazmat material regulations.
    • Large or oddly shaped items.
    • Specific address types that certain carriers cannot service.

III. Delivery Details

  • Logistics Partners: TikTok functions as our primary logistics partner. They will select the most suitable carrier based on your location and order details.
  • Public Holidays: Deliveries generally do not occur on public holidays (e.g., Christmas, New Year, Easter). Please plan your orders ahead of time during peak periods.
  • Receiving Your Package: * It is recommended that someone be available to receive the package.
    • No-Signature Delivery: The courier may leave the package at your property without a signature.
    • Special Instructions: If you have a specific spot for the courier to leave the order, please include this in the Order Notes.
  • Partial Shipments: If you ordered multiple items, we strive to deliver them together. However, due to different shipping arrangements, items may arrive separately. You will receive a notification email for each shipment.

IV. Modifications & Cancellations

  • Address Changes: Once an order is in transit, we cannot change the delivery address.
  • Order Cancellation: * You may cancel your order within 60 minutes of placement to reorder with correct details.
    • Note: If an order is canceled more than 1 hour after placement, the customer may be responsible for any applicable return shipping fees.

V. Important Notes & Liability

  • Incorrect Address: If a package is lost or unrecoverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer bears the loss. We will not issue a replacement or refund.
