III. Delivery Details
- Logistics Partners: TikTok functions as our primary logistics partner. They will select the most suitable carrier based on your location and order details.
- Public Holidays: Deliveries generally do not occur on public holidays (e.g., Christmas, New Year, Easter). Please plan your orders ahead of time during peak periods.

Receiving Your Package: * It is recommended that someone be available to receive the package.
- No-Signature Delivery: The courier may leave the package at your property without a signature.
- Special Instructions: If you have a specific spot for the courier to leave the order, please include this in the Order Notes.
- Partial Shipments: If you ordered multiple items, we strive to deliver them together. However, due to different shipping arrangements, items may arrive separately. You will receive a notification email for each shipment.
IV. Modifications & Cancellations
- Address Changes: Once an order is in transit, we cannot change the delivery address.
